    Cannot upload on Xbox Console Companion


    After April of 2020 i think, i cannot upload clips on xbox consol companion app, it says that game clips can only be uploaded from an xbox console at this time. Why this happended and how will I be able to upload clips again?

    Yes, you can't upload from the Xbox companion app, and the Xbox app, only from.thw Xbox console

    They disabled it and i don't know why. You can not upload after the latest companion app update.

    there is a new xbox app for pc that will let you change your profile background and such but when i have tried it it's lag's and also say's it requires some other item/app as well like why do i need Gaming Services and Xbox Game Bar i don't play game''s
    on my pc and top it off there is no place on this new xbox app to find screenshot's what so ever.

    but i am having almost same issue upload screenshots to xbox live from console and getting them from Gamedvr.com not sure if it's just the site or what.

    i can upload captures normally for most of the games i have but there are some games that the xbox companion app doesn't upload, like Mass Effect 1 and Resident Evil 1 HD Remaster, using the xbox companion beta i was able to upload captures of these games
    but now microsoft has disabled permanently the option to upload captures using the xbox companion beta. So my question is, why the xbox companion app don't upload captures and clips of this particular games? and if there is a way to solve it?
