Cannot upload Minecraft Realms world (Upload Failed "401" and "500")

Hello, I want to make this part clear immediately. I filed 2 tickets on Mojang support with NO response, which is frustrating because its the upload server that's not working right now and it has just been complete radio silence, I don't even know if a human got to my ticket at all. Due to the lack of support on Mojang's end (and it's been 3 days of this as of now), I am seemingly forced to look elsewhere for support. I hope this issue here is taken seriously and the thread doesn't get locked because its not "mojang support".

I am trying to re upload my realm world, unfortunately after getting to 100% Upload and "Validating World", I get an "Upload Failed! (404)" and I've gotten this at least 4 times. I tried restarting my PC, using 2 different launchers, restarting the game in between attempts, trying again later with no luck.

Just now I tried uploading an empty "Test World" (AND A 2ND TEST WORLD JUST TO BE SURE) just to see if that works, and I can't even upload that either I just get an "Upload Failed! (500)" once it reaches Validating World. I don't understand what's going on, it's not even on my end because the upload is literally fine and the connection does not get interrupted, I even made sure that was the case in Task Manager looking at my Network usage.

I did get a (-1) here and there but that was due to my connection somehow cutting out, and I have since fixed it as I am actually getting to the "Validating World" stage which is clearly the issue at hand right now. The Test World also has no datapacks whatsoever, so that cannot be the issue either. These worlds also load perfectly fine when I just play them in Singleplayer, no odd crash or anything to that matter.

It's been doing this now for ~70 hours as well may I add, which is also ~70 hours that I can't even play on my main world file (because that world is large, I can't afford to increase its size before uploading). The file size isn't the issue since I was also trying to trim the world the best I can but seeing I can't even upload an empty 100mb world file that only had spawn chunks loaded, it has to be on your end. This literally was not a problem 24 days ago when I did the exact same thing with no hiccup at all, I get things can change but it's important I'd let Mojang/Microsoft know should things break.

TLDR if you want to know what I've done for troubleshooting:

-Made sure I was on 1.21.5 and the latest Windows 11.

-Trimmed the world file to make sure it's well below 5GB.

-Tried again many hours later.

-Removed datapacks.

-Made sure I was NOT downloading anything whatsoever in the background that can interrupt the download.

-Trying a copy (some older games had issues or had them fixed just by using a copy of the save file in question).

-Moving the world file somewhere else on the drive.

-Uploading to a different world slot.

-Restarting my computer.

-Using the vanilla launcher with ZERO mods.

-Removing all datapacks.

-Tried another world file on another slot that was significantly smaller to see if I can upload that. (Different error code but exact same cause and effect so needless to say that did nothing)

-Tried a clean world file out of complete desperation to see if I can get literally anything going. (Only spawn region was loaded and the world size was ~220MB)

-Tried ANOTHER test world, same error code.

-Restarting my router.

-Trying a VPN.

-Flushing my DNS and IP through Terminal
