    hello there!

    as written in the title.

    I'm not able to upgrade my Live Gold Membership (Middle East and Africa) to game pass ultimate for $1.

    even though I have my current region set up correctly on my Series S (Saudi Arabia)

    i still get this (You currently have a subscription from a different region. If it still doesn't work, please contact customer support) I tried to Alter the region. but no luck,

    Any suggestions are welcomed!

    How to Downgrade from Ultimate to Core at Original Price

    when you upgraded it converted your remaining gold/core time into gamepass ultimate. it cannot be downgraded.

    Gamepass perks only apply to the account holder

    Home console only applies the gold benefits and access to gamepass games EXCEPT for ea games which is a gamepass perk

    DO NOT cancel gamepass ultimate since you are upgraded time nor can it be transferred

    You forfeit any upgraded time and are only refunded the purchased xgu which I'm guessing iss 1 dollar upgrade

    Did you mean xbox gamepass ultimate and upgraded time or the free 6months they were giving out in india ?

    They don't have 6months otherwise as it's a 1 month or 3 month membership

    If it is xbox gamepass ultimate pc with upgraded time then no you forfeit it

    Microsoft Phone support hung up on me 4 times in a row before I could even finish explaining my issue... Why is their support so worthless?

    It doesn't unless you applied for gamepass for pc NOT ultimate

    In which case your gamepass core doesn't apply to gamepass for pc or console

    You will only get the upgrade at 3/2 on ultimate it's not 1/1

    Your core still applies but not on PC

    Unless you get ultimate

    When you upgrade to.ultimate it does cancel core but upgrades the time at 3/2.

    You would have to check if you have ultimate now and read the new expiry date

    The system would've given you a quote for the upgraded time if you got ultimate
