Cannot update your subscription Something happened on our end. Wait a bit and try again.

Can't update my microsoft subscribtion for 4 days, it's a problem on microsofts end.

Everytime I contact them I get generic careless replies that offer no help. Get hung up on and swindled out of money buying gift cards in the promise it will restore my account.

it's been 4 days and nothing has changes after they assured me it would only take 72hrs at most, i've been with xbox live for 10 years and these guys have just pushed me aside and offered literally ZERO communication and extremely poor customer service.

aparently it all started on 13 /04/2020 to what they told me and ive got to wait another 48 hours its pathetic if you ask me

it would be very helpful to know your payment method as it may have an outstanding balance or you may try to change a code or buy a subscription from the app or a pc on the official website

I am having the same problem. I have payed the subscription like I do automatically every month but on the Xbox says it needs to be renewed. I've rang microsoft that many times over the 6 days to be cut off 4 times, told I'd be called back and never do.
Problem still not resolved. Absolutely disgusted in their customer service.
