    Hi,

    I have a very old XBox which I practically never used. I finally decided to set it up but I am having difficulty getting it up and running. I cannot play any DVD games as it keeps telling me that I need to update the
    XBOX. I tried to do an update using a wireless and then a wired internet connection, but I get an error message "Update Failed" with an error code: 3CD6-0000-0080-0300-8007-0570.

    I then followed the instructions on this site https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/xbox-live/error-code-8007-0570 to
    update using a USB stick, but nothing happened when I turned the Xbox back on- the update did not start automatically.

    The Xbox is Dashboard version: 2.0.15574.0 which is probably very old. Is there a way to update it?
