Cannot update Titanfall

cleared my cache, cleared my content cache, did all that. still doesn't get past the first incremental bar of the update before it comes up with the same message. gettin' real tired of this, I only bought this yesterday and I can't play it as every time
it fails the update it just puts me back to the xbox home screen.

 

If you haven't tried it recently. it's working for me now. give it another go. 5:22pm 5/22

 

I'm just going to leave this for a day or two, still isn't working. hopefully by the time I get back to it it'll be sorted. anybody know what the root cause would be? server crap, etc?

 

Start game not signed in once prompted to sign in it works!!

I was having the same problem. I signed out, hit play Titanfall and waited until the load screen prompted me to sign in and update. Worked like a charm!

 

Hey i had the same problem i was mad as hell. But if you take out the game disc clean it off a little bit it starts to work. It worked for me.

 

all i did was clear cache and sign in with my brother account, download the update, sign out of his and then sign in to mine, worked perfectly, i tried to see if was just my account.

it was just my account

this is an account base problem.

Just tried Wolfsknight6620 way and still can't download it. Really staring to annoy me now

 

Stupid question how do i clear my cache?

 

I just downloaded my profile again and clean internal cache and HDD cache, so the update work smoothly.

 

Tried all the suggestions and no luck, still getting error message :-(

 

I'm still having this problem. I don't think clearing the cache is a good solution. This seems to be impacting a lot of people and other games have updated since I've had this so its not an account/profile issue.

So far Titanfall has been a disappointment because of the slow connection and now this update. I've never wanted to return a game before but I wouldn't mind returning Titanfall.

 

Wolsknight's method also worked for me. No need to clear any of the caches.
