    Cannot Update Store after 20 hours and multiple tries


    The store has been updating now for, at a guess over 20 hours. It remains on 0% and I've tried to restart it a few times via pause and resume also cancelled it and restarted it but no progress is made.

    Talked with xbox support for an hour and did these actions

    - Factory reset console

    - uninstalled game and downloaded from the store (instead

    from games and apps)

    - Tried loading it multiple times with no success

    Yeah, my DR3 has never worked. tried multiple uninstalls and reinstall , w/ & w/o add-on. even went to the store and got a new disc, but same issue!

    Had my MS support call me, but as soon as I connect to them , they drop the call because it's "after hours". >:-(
