Cannot update Sekiro

I accidentally ejected Sekiro from the console during installation and now I cannot update the game. I have deleted and reinstalled the game (this makes the game work without any updates, but i cant access my saved game), I have restarted the console,
held down the power button until it cycles, reset the console both keeping my games and apps and deleting them. The update wont download and just says installation stopped. I have also tried clearing the alternate mac address. I have no idea what else to do.
