    Cannot Uninstall Minecraft Beta


    Hello all,

    I purchased Minecraft last night and (foolishly) decided to opt into the raytracing beta. I know next to nothing about Minecraft, but have been excited for Bedrock/Win10.

    After more reading and playing around, I’ve decided I do not want to use the raytracing beta. I just want the Minecraft with the most content and accessability. I’ve followed all the examples of how to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft on the Microsoft site.
    Furthermore, neither version of the Xbox Insider Hub even gives me the option that is recommended to opt out of the beta.

    How do I fix this, get rid of the beta version of Bedrock, and get to use the more accessible reg version once it’s reinstalled? Why would Insider Hub, both Legacy and Beta, not give me any options that are recommended in order to opt out?

    Starting to regret choosing Bedrock for Python and mods. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Have the same problem. Unenrolled from beta testing in Xbox Insider Hub. Restarted. Reinstalled Minecraft. Open Minecraft. Is beta. Uninstalled Minecraft, waited 24hrs, restarted. Installed Minecraft from store. Still beta. Have multiple licenses of this
    game to play it with my kids who are under 13 and thus cannot join the Insider hub. I can't use the beta version to play with them so this is keeping me from enjoying this game. please fix.

    Update: Reinstalled Hub, re-enrolled, and re-downloaded. Beta. Unenrolled, uninstalled Hub and Minecraft, reinstalled Minecraft. BETA!

    I was recently automatically enrolled in the minecraft bedrock edition beta. I did not even know of the xbox insider app before this and now cannot leave the beta. I already unenrolled on the insider app and it said I was successfully unenrolled.
    I uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft and waited over an hour between. With no luck I am still in beta. I then tried to remove it manually in the powershell based on instructions from xbox and that still didn't work. I don't want to be on beta because I
    cannot play with friends who are on ps4 and can't get the beta. I am on PC.

    Yeah, this is ridiculous. Makes me think they want us to buy it again!

    Thanks, but I'm not a part of the Minecraft Beta program. I still closed my xbox insider account, uninstalled the insider app, uninstalled minecraft, hard reset the xbox, downloaded minecraft again and that didn't fix the problem.
