    Hi. I need help. I use an XBOX wireless controller on win 10, and i would like to turn off vibration. My problem is: after turning off the vibration in xbox accessories, my controller cannot connect through bluetooth to the pc till I
    make my pc forget the controller and than re-pair. After that the bluetooth connection works fine, but vibration is on. When I turn it off in xbox accessories again, vibration is off via usb connection, but I have to re-pair the bluetooth connection,
    and then vibration is on. Why? The controller’s firmware and all drivers are up to date. Seems as if the modification in xbox accessories is not saved. Where do I find a step by step instruction on how to customize settings and save them in the app? Another
    issue: the vibration turn off box is hardly visible on 1366x768 resolution in xbox accessories at the bottom of the page, i can only see the top edge of the box, I cannot see any roll down option. Why? Thanks for your kind help in advance. Regards, Norbert

    Iphone charging cable would fit in? If i configure my xbox controller settings and turn vibrations off through usb then will it turn it off when i play on bluetooth too?

    Also having the same problem. Wondering if people have found a solution. To restate the actual problem in case it's not very clear. We do the steps of pairing and everything, everything is up to date, drivers are fine, pc is updated. Alright with that
    aside, creating a profile with no vibration in the xbox accessories application is all good up to when you unplug your xbox controller and pair it back to your computer via bluetooth after saving the profile and setting it to slot 1. It seems to be a software
    problem as the pc refuses to connect it to the controller and just returns it back to being a paired device. I've done everything as well and nothing seems to work.

    Hello PilotAbileen27!

    I followed the steps as you wrote, exept from saving the profile after unticking the Turn on vibration box, because I cannot find how to save. I choose Slot 1, my controller does not vibrate while connected via usb. But I cannot connect via bluetooth
    unless I make the pc forget the controller and then re-pair. This happens every time xbox accessories is started. After re-pairing bluetooth works without problem but the controller vibrates.
