No, you cannot transfer the Microsoft Account email address or any part of the account to another account.

You will have to forward all your emails to a new Microsoft account and transfer your OneDrive files to that one. You then can remove your email address from the old one and get your ex to add a brand new one (that has never been created before) this will
delete the old email address, the old email address will be unusable.

We can only switch emails between our accounts if the email is a 3rd party email address such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc. If you have Microsoft emails like @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, etc. it's not possible for them to be transferred to a different Microsoft account. Because if we remove a Microsoft email from an account so we could use or transfer it to a different, it will be permanently deleted and we cannot even recreate it. Microsoft emails are tied up to the account itself.

Offline Profile (Local Storage Device only and does not Connect with Xbox LIVE), simply Delete the Profile from the HDD. If it is an Online/ Xbox LIVE with an Email attached (like the one you used to Post here), no it cannot be
Deleted from XBL. You can Delete an Online XBL Profile from a Local Storage Device (HDD) but you cannot "delete" it from the Xbox LIVE Servers once created.
