Cannot take party to game..

Second evening in a row trying to take a party into multiplayer on Xbone playing Advanced Warfare..5 of us in a party will not let us join game session no matter who is hosting or what the Nat is..Tried doing it through XbO and through AW lobby..Getting
really frustrating now..Any ideas?

Xbox live invites not working

I am having trouble with my Xbox one. I can accept party invites but cannot accept game invites. I also cannot send party or game invites.

I cannot join my fiends game or XBL party. He also cannot join my game/party. What's going on? He has not blocked me nor have I him.

Same happens to me sometimes, I cannot connect to certain parties and when I do, it takes like 15 seconds. That is certain friends though. I know one guy on my friends list that I cannot connect to at all. The second I attempt to join party it tells me I
cannot connect... lol doesn't even give it a second to connect.

Hello I see you're having a problem, but the Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

I have problems with my party audio quite often, and generally it can be traced to game specific setups. Take fortnite for instance, if you go to the settings menu under communication and voice chat you will see that it may be switched to in game or party.
Many other games offer this same scenario. If you join a party it will automatically switch your settings to party, but it will remain the same when you leave the party. Add to this the fact if you are in an Xbox party and everyone has left and you are the
only one in the party, you cannot hear people in other games until you leave the party.

Unfortunately support cannot be provided officially to you through this forum for repairs that have not been performed by Microsoft, sorry.

It maybe best to take this to a 3rd party repair center.

Am also having this issue since the update. Cannot join parties, cannot invite people to party i've started either. Error message, 'can't connect to xbox live party'. Can join game invite and can invite people to game without any issues. Will try the above
when I get home, fingers crossed.
