    Cannot take advantage of purchasing a deal for XBOX add on


    I am trying to purchase the season pass for the Division and take advantage of the gold member deal that has it being sold for $16. At the moment there is something wrong with the purchasing portion of XBOX live. I'm hoping that the issue will be resolved
    in time for me to take advantage but if not I am wondering if there will be an extension of the deal of is there something else I can do not to miss out. I would really appreciate some help in this regard as I will be extremely disappointed if I miss out on
    this deal due to a problem on the XBOX side of things.

    Cannot take advantage of XBOX Store add on deal

    Usually there are no extensions on sales but if it does happen to end before you are able to purchase it you can reach out to Support to see what they might be able to do.

    Access to Gold deals across the family

    I believe the issue here is you are the only Gold member. So only you can take advantage of the Deals with Gold. You can have multiple user son your console - however if none of those accounts have a gold subscription then they cannot take advantage of
    the Deals with Gold. You can purchase it on your account then your son will be able to play the game under his own account. Your gold membership does not transfer to any users on the console. Your console gives them the permission to use your content that
    you and only you have purchased.

    Getting problems with the 8C210003 Error

    Are you trying to purchase a discounted game from the Deals with Gold or get the free download for Games With Gold? If so then the reason you're getting that error code is because a trial pass is only good for some Gold abilities such as online multiplayer.
    A trial cannot be used to take advantage of gold only deals.
