    Hi,

    I've subscribed Xbox Game Pass for PC.

    At first it worked but suddenly all games get stuck at the beginning saying "Cannot synchronize your data with the cloud" (I'm translating the message from Italian).

    Any suggestion?

    Unfortunately that section is related to Xbox One. I'm using a PC.

    At least now we have the correct translation: We couldn't sync your info with the cloud.

    My connection is good (1Gbit).

    Any other idea?

    I found the solution.

    Recently I've added an email alias to my Live account profile. The address was also my new primary email.

    After I set the old email address as primary and restart my PC I was able to play.

    Xbox Game Pass was pointing to an ID related to the new alias and was not able to find an active subscription.

    This is a bug!!!

    The subscription should be linked to the account not to a particular alias.

    I hope this could help other gamers.

    If you have overwritten the data then you can not recover old progress. Data with the Cloud are synchronized with the most recent copy of the save. If you chose to use the save on Cloud (which you did not have) then the local data was synchronized with a
    new game.
