    cannot sync


    I know this is an old chestnut but here goes, i have factory reset my xbox one, removed profile, reinstalled profile, hard reset, moved networks, and still none of my games will sync with cloud, this happened since the last system upgrade, lets get this
    fixed guys, or at least let me download manually all saved games and then install them locally

    I believe the sync button is for when kinect cannot see the controller or if its disconnected.

    Xbox cloud data was over written and I want old data back

    if it synced on the xbox then its gone, never cancel a sync, if you do don't play and sync again as it will overwrite the cloud version and that cannot be recovered.
