Cannot sync Minecraft purchases from Kindle Fire to Microsoft account

I have made several purchases inside the Minecraft app on my Kindle Fire. I was not logged into my Microsoft account at the time that I made the purchases, but when I tried to log in later, I received a message saying that the purchases would be synched
to my Microsoft account. However, that does not seem to have happened. When I am logged into my Microsoft account on the Kindle Fire, I cannot access any of my purchases. I also cannot access those purchases when logged into my Microsoft account on the Windows
10 or Xbox One versions of Minecraft. I can only access the purchases on my Kindle Fire when not logged into the Microsoft account. Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to sync purchases to Microsoft account. Unfortunately, this will not work. They will need to be repurchased on the Microsoft account. You can reach out to the
Minecraft forums or
Mojang support for more information.

With your Xbox Live player profile, each purchase you make is tied to your account. You can play with friends and show off your maps and skins on any
Pocket Edition or Windows 10 device if they also have an Xbox Live account.
Minecraft Marketplace is available on any Windows 10 or
Pocket Edition device.

All Minecraft purchases are final. For support contact the Store support for the device that made the purchase.

For Microsoft Store purchases, contact
Microsoft Support.
For Apple Store purchases, go to the
Apple Store.
For Google Play purchases, contact the
Google Play Store.
For Kindle Fire or Kindle Fire TV purchases, contact the
Amazon Store.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately this is not the right place to inquire about purchasing issues with the in-game Minecraft Marketplace. That issue sounds like a bug to me on the server side for Minecraft so it would be best to contact
Mojang (Minecraft) Support to report this issue if your internet connection is indeed working fine. Besides re-installing the app and checking for updates, there isn't much we can do here about bugs encountered with the Minecraft Marketplace. I'll provide
the best contact option so you can report this issue to the game developers: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

We do have a family account. I read through the links provided but I do not see anything that would keep my Minecraft join requests from getting to my son on his Kindle Fire. I don't know why he cannot see that I am on-line. Any other thoughts?
