Cannot subscribe to Minecraft Realms

If you've already tried to
sign in with your Microsoft account and click
Xbox One Online Safety to review and change your settings online, but still cannot access the Realm and are already a subscriber, then I would recommend contacting the
Mojang Support (Minecraft Realms Support) or the Minecraft
Forums to see if any other players have encountered this issue or have some solutions to offer.

Are you subscribed to access Minecraft Realm servers? You have to pay a separate subscription fee to access the Realms Servers.

Also the age that was initially used when creating the Microsoft account and is tied to your Xbox profile cannot be changed. The age on the Microsoft account is just profile information. Accounts under the age of 13 have multiplayer disabled by default and
would need a parent account to enable multiplayer.
