Cannot subscribe on IOS

I have downloaded the solitaire collection app on my phone (iPhone 6s) but when I try to purchase a subscription whether I choose "by year" or "by month" the app immediately brings me to an error screen without ever attempting the purchase or asking for
my password. I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Keep getting error when trying to subscribe to premium on iOS

I am unable to subscribe to the premium version of the iOS app. I keep trying, but get a error saying my purchase cannot be completed, and I am directed to the support page on Microsoft website. It seems this issue is not listed on that page. It also looks
like other people are experiencing this issue from the reviews on the App Store.

 

Child's gamertag missing from parents Privacy & online safety settings

We are having the same issues where the child account cannot join realms on an iOS device but if we log that account into a PC it IS able to join the realm

On iOS its giving the account cannot join multiplayer games message

 

I have had he same problem with my iPhone. And it doesn't even say how much the subscription costs

 

I have the same issue here. Read the link given which basically passes all issues to Apple - I have contacted them but they say it's a developer issue I.e Microsoft need to fix it
