Cannot submit redeem code online

Hi all,

I am trying to redeem a code I purchased from the Microsoft Store. This has worked in the past. Recently, however, I have been unable to load the pop-up with the redeem code text box.

I opened Inspect Element on my Google Chrome browser and found that there may be a bug either for me or the whole service. http://i.imgur.com/WiP3ppU.png

Guidance on how to circumvent this would be greatly appreciated.

(god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh )

I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

Looks like you ran into an issue with your login, as the code inspector shows the request of an unsecure login page. May you try log out and then in again and then try to redeem your code please?

Hey KMVY,

Thank you for posting here on the xbox forums. Once the code has been redeemed, you cannot redeem it again. Which is why you would be getting that message the second time around. Did you redeem the code online or on your xbox? If it was online, you would
have had to be logged into your gamertag before redeeming the code. Otherwise, you might redeem it on the wrong account.

you do need it? when I go to the coop campaign it takes me to the menu of redeem code or purchase online pass. I don't have a code and I cannot purchase it for the reasons stated above

If you haven't redeemed the code, he can submit a refund request.

If the code is not a 25 character code, then it cannot be redeemed on Xbox. You would need to redeem the code on the Fastcard website.
