Discus and support cannot submit a case review for suspension i was not notified i have in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I need to get a member of the ENFORCEMANT TEAM tohelp me and lift the suspension i have that 1.     cannot submit a case review for suspension i was not notified i have


    I need to get a member of the ENFORCEMANT TEAM tohelp me and lift the suspension i have that

    1. I was not informed i have

    2. Cannot submit a case review as i have no active suspensions (i have proof)

    3. Was suppose to end the 18th July 2017

    i would like this communication suspension GONE as whoever put the suspension into effect did not inform me and left me unable to submit a review (due to my suspension time being served and ended yet hasnt been lifted)

    ENFORCEMENT TEAM REPLY PLEASE

    I cannot submit a case review.. the suspension isn't on my account.. I sign into the enforcement page and I scroll down and I see no suspension... so therefore I am not able to submit a case review. I contacted the support line on Microsoft and they told
    me about my suspension.. but I am un able to file a case review since I cannot see the suspension penalty on my account on the enforcement page.

    Dumb enforcement

    You can only submit a case review for suspensions that last LONGER than 24 hours, AND after 24 hours have passed since the beginning of the suspension.

    Sorry to hear you're upset. Notifications of suspension are sent via the email attached to your account. If the suspension was for 24 hours or you are under the age of majority in your country then you cannot submit a review. If the suspension was more
    than 24 hours and you are under the age of majority then your parent account would need to submit the review.

    If the suspension is supposed to be over now but you are still experiencing communication issues try deleting then redownloading your profile.

    Yes, remove your profile then add it back but, since you know you are a suspension, then onyxishere original statement about parental account would be the reason more than likely. It might also be a unreviewable offense as well.

    but i have not recieved any notification of this supension. Not via emial or in this. The suspension i was informes off ended 18th July, but i still cant message people etc. So i need a memeber of the enforcement team, or suport etc. To chat with me about
    lifting the suspension. If i was actually informes of the suspension (the septemeber one) then id be fine. (The only reason i know of this current one was via a support chat with someone who couldnt do anything about it)

    You're saying July 18th. It is only June 29th so if it's July 18th, you still have almost 3 weeks before it is lifted.
