    Cannot Stream Xbox One In Xbox App


    I have gone into the app and clicked connect. It cannot find the console and tells me to enter the consoles IP address. I type in the exact address and it tells me it cannot find a console with this address. I have tried everything on forums such as making
    the xbox ip address static and opening the ports as recommended but that does nothing. Is there anything else that I can do to fix this problem?

    Cannot stream on Windows 10, but the Xbox is connected!

    Hello,

    So my Xbox One and Xbox One App on Windows 10 are both up to date. I can connect to Xbox One and even control the Xbox One from my PC. However, I CANNOT stream!! When I click on Stream I get a message that either Xbox One or Xbox One App are not up to date
    and it cannot stream, however both are up to date.

    My Xbox on Windows version is 8.8.15003.00000

    Xbox One version is 10.0.10586.1016 (th2_xbox_rel_1510.151118-2147)fre

    Cannot stream on mixer with Xbox one x

    cannot stream using mixer app with Xbox one x. Error “Something went wrong. Try broadcasting again later” is there a reason? I’ve streamed easily before without issues, with my One X I now cannot stream.

    Hi Yoshikid18, Have you tried using Xbox App Beta version to see if the issue still occurs? You can DL the app by going to the store on your PC and searching for the "Xbox App Beta". If the issue continues please report this issue via the Beta app using
    the "report a problem" and we will report this to the developers to investigate.

    The issue exists with both versions. The xbox doesnt appear and when I enter the exact ip address it tells me that it cannot find an xbox with the specific ip address

    Hi Yoshikid18, We have reported this issue to the developers to investigate. A few things to try that have worked for some users.

    In the App under connected try the "Forget Console" and try reconnecting. If that doesn't work try renaming your console by going to your Xbox under Settings/System/Console info and updates/Name.

    If your still unable to connect your console report the issue via Xbox App Beta using the "Report a problem" so we can request the developers investigate.

    Sorry, but it is not currently possible to upload console-streamed game videos. When you record a streamed game, the GameDVR video is associated with the Xbox app, not with the streamed game (because the recording feature doesn't know you are streaming or
    what you are streaming). Consequently it cannot be uploaded (Xbox Live knows that the Xbox app is not a game).

    Started having same issue with Xbox Console Companion App. Uninstalled/reinstalled app on PC, reset the XBOX One console and still issue.

    I've started trying to stream via Xbox App. Everything seems fine until actually playing a game. Button presses and using controller seem to stutter, not register.

    So currently cannot stream my Xbox via my PC in any capacity.
