Cannot stream apps such as Netflix and Hulu

Hey! So I'm extremely frustrated with this issue. When I'm signed into a profile that doesn't have Gold, I can't play Netflix or Hulu, but this only started happening yesterday. When I'm in a profile without gold, my 360 dashboard shows that I'm on live
but can't play games and what not, but when I go to stream Hulu or Netflix, I get "you must be signed in to Xbox live to use Netflix." I've tried deleting and re-downloading Netflix, I've tried clearing my cache and neither has worked so far. I know this doesn't
seem like a big deal, but I don't want to have to pick which controller I'll have to use for the rest the night because I switch between gaming and my apps. It just makes it easier being signed in to another profile on a different controller. I've looked around
and it seems no one else is having this problem, so any help would be great. Thanks!

Xbox One Connection

My Xbox is connected to the internet. And my network connection is great but for some reason I cannot see anything on the side tabs or play online without ridiculous lag. I also cannot watch any video applications such apps such as Netflix or Hulu.

 

Certain Apps no longer allowing achievements to be unlocked

Some apps such as Hulu and Netflix are no longer unlocking achievements. Is this going to be fixed?
