Discus and support cannot stayed hooked up to server in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been having a problem with Microsoft Bingo....I have uninstalled the game 3 times and then installed again and I still get the same...     I have been having a problem with Microsoft Bingo....I have uninstalled the game 3 times and then installed again and I still get the same message...cannot connect to server...i'm all ready connected to the internet, so why do I have this problem....I like
    playing the game so please fix this problem....Lyn Lamoreux

    I can't get internet on my xbox360!! please help

    Okay so here is what i have. i have my ethernet cable hooked up to both my xbox and my router. and my router is hooked up to my modem. which in turn is hooked up to my computer. i have internet on my computer but i can not connect to xbox live. please tell
    me what i need to do. it recognizes my server and it knows the ethernet cable is hooked up but it wont connect to the internet.

    Cannot Enable 3D BluRay

    Xbox must be connected through a high speed HDMI cable and cannot be hooked through a non 3d reciever.(must be direct to TV) I have 55 inch Samsung ju7700 Yamaha receiver. In Xbox settings the allow 3d ticker stays grey till I hook it up direct.

    Hey there fuelldbyhate,

    Sorry to hear about the connection issues! For clarification, your non EA games connect to online just fine? I would start by visiting the Xbox One multiplayer solution page
    to see if there are any restrictions with your NAT. Let us know if that helps!

    Can you hook them up with the charge kit to see if they connect that way.

    Then unplug the charge cable and see if it stays connected.
