    Cannot start my Console Dashboard or access anything


    Good day.

    So my console doesn't let me do anything, but show me an error telling me:

    "Something went wrong

    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x80070490 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. You might find help for your task here on Xbox. From Home, press the menu button on your controller, then choose Help."

    I can't access the home dasboard, any games, or anything at all. I am part of the Insider Program and I believe it should be the problem causing that my xbox won't let me do anything at all. I do think that one of the update previews for the console would
    be the cause of this. I already send a request to let me out of the preview.

    Same here. I cant access anything at all. I talked to a rep and they couldn't find anything on it either. Its so frustrating. It has to be a bug of some sort in the windows 10 update for the xbox. Hopefully someone stumbles along this thread and addresses
    this problem immediately.

    I am having the same exact issue. i cant access anything. i get the same error code, cant get to my setting, friends, games and apps, cant even open up black ops 3. this needs fixed asap.my xbox is a vegetable until then.

    I cannot access the dashboard. It requires the update to do anything and mandates it right after I turn on the console. But the update keeps failing and the offline update keeps throwing a E101 error code. I will not drop $250 on a repair when microsoft
    is the one who caused this problem with their update.
