    I have an Xbox one S and and Xbox one X and starting yesterday I could not sync any of my games or start party chat on either console, I factory reset the S and it still isn't working. The S after re-downloading my profile can't show my gamerpic and my gamerscore
    is at 0. Can someone please tell me what is happening, I have quite a few games on the system and would like to be able to enjoy them, but it seems like nothing I do fixes it.

    Can't play hard disc games.

    All hard disc games get the same error message "We couldn't get your latest saved data" Not sure how to sync data since its not a game stored in cloud. Network is online and everything checks out. Also cannot see my messages, send messages or start a party
    chat. For those i get an error code [0x8000FFFF]. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    NBA 2k17 CORRUPTED FILE

    What you can do is to sign in on the Xbox that has a file that is not corrupted and it should sync with the cloud when you start the game and exit, which should upload the save data from the local system back up to the cloud. From there you can get the save
    file back on your home system again from the cloud, it should sync it automatically when you start up the game.

  5. I tried that already, it says I'm connected to the network and all Live Services are working on the Status page. I can play online games but cannot start a party and the cloud saves fail to sync on every single game.

  7. Can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console so we can take a closer look? Also, are you enrolled in the Insider Preview program?

    Yeah here's my network stats. Download speed: 10.37 Mbps Upload speed: .74 Mbps Packet Loss: 0% MTU: 1480 Latency: 187 ms Wireless strength: 100%

    It seems like my data isn't syncing with the cloud, like it's waiting on an upload or something and creating a party/receiving invites comes up with error code 0x800c0005 after a minute or so. I can start a party on the Xbox app on my phone, but only with cellular
    data and not my home network. I last successfully played a game and was in a party late Wed night 2/28 into early Thurs 3/1, and the next time I turned on the Xbox I was having this issue. I am enrolled in the Preview program but am currently on the most recent
    public dashboard since I re-enrolled to see if a future update would fix my issue.

    soft factory reset
    of your Xbox One console selecting the option to keep your games and content to avoid having to download them again. Any changes with this experience after that?

  10. I deleted my profile and re-downloaded it, after one preview update parties started working again, and then the most recent preview update my games finally started syncing again, I'm glad since I can play games with my friends again and have access to my
    saves since local saves get deleted when you delete a profile. I'd request some sort of menu to see the status of cloud syncing as I have no idea what caused the issue other than ARK: Survival Evolved was the last game I played without issues (I lost my original
    xbox one due to a power surge/overload while playing that game so figures it would cause me problems again).
