Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with using your profile. To help clarify,

• Do you receive an Xbox Message or In-game message when trying to log into Mortal Kombat 11?

I recommend to take some action on your Microsoft Account. Try the following:

• Log-in to
  Account.Microsoft.com and reset your password, try this article: How to change your Microsoft account password
• Renew the credentials on the Xbox console, try this article: How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox
  One

Give this a try and let us know the results.

I'll start with game pass. That will not work on the Xbox 360, as it is Xbox One only. So you will need to get a refund for the subscription, since you cannot use it.

As for your account, try redownloading it to your console again. That might help.

Sorry I only have access to my PC. I cannot install it on another PC. Also I don't think this issue is my end. It's not a PC issue. The error message is basically saying it cannot find my profile. The game cannot start as it cannot find my profile
in the cloud. The cloud is not at my end of things.

This is how i see what is happening. I ask the game to start > the game says ok let me go and get your profile and then we will start > the game then looks for my profile and cannot find it > the game then displays this error message

"The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please contact X-box Support for assistance”.

IAmTheStig0001, if the gamertag is still in the system, even if the account is deleted, it cannot be used. So sorry. Microsoft cannot make it available for you either.
