    Cannot start a case review for enforcement action


    Hi,

    My account received the following enforcement action:

    I have no idea what "communication" issue is.

    There is no link for a case review option in the table under case review status nor is there a menu option. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari (all latest versions). Secondly, my account reputation status is good (green). Third, this is the first time
    my account has received an enforcement action, so I am curious how my account has been permanently suspended.

    Please advise on how to appeal/correct.

    Account problem

    Sorry but we cannot assist with enforcement actions. Your only recourse here is to continue trying to open a case review for the action.

    You do not have a permanent suspension. By the looks of it, you had a communications suspension on 6/22 that has already been lifted. If the suspension was still in place it would have a date for when it ends.

    Enforcement actions from my suspension still here months after the suspension.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately all suspension, bans, and other actions in terms of enforcement on your account is handled completely by the Xbox Enforcement Team. You can submit a case for review here [ Xbox Enforcement ].

    Though I cannot remove or change the actions taken on your account, I hope this helps in some way.

    Having the same issues with enforcement as other users had 5 years ago....

    unfortunately we can't do anything about Enforcement actions as we are only volunteers and have no contact with Enforcement, and Enforcement don't use these forums.

    if there is no method of starting a case review on the Enforcement site then it is likely the case is not eligible for review.
