cannot sing in my xbox acount

Discus and support cannot sing in my xbox acount in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't sing in my acount.It allways tells me, that I'm not connected with the internet, but I am.     cannot sing in my xbox acount


    I can't sing in my acount.It allways tells me, that I'm not connected with the internet, but I am.

    Sudoku is working, but majoung and solitair dos'nt.

    If some one knows how to help me. Thanks in advance!

    If not I phone them tomorrow.

    My friend slimthug Microsof acount was temporarily blocked

    My friend temporarily living in uk but forget password of microsof acount and when his register on xbox live put email when my friend try recover password security code not receiceved in that email but my living please was change to another region
    us his use another option but this time my friend in there put new info where his living because my friend was forget password of his acount cant update his microsoff acount profile info. After long hours try'n remember his original password but cant sing

    So my friend again tryn recover password but in that mail not received security code

    so what my friend need to do get back his acount

    switching acount on my xbox is not a problem i mean the link between my microsoft acount and my xbox like on MY Microsoft acount i log in another xbox acount i would like to put my real xbox acount mon my microsoft acount

    I was having the same issue with my main acount and my smurf acount ( just a extra account) but i kept going through acounts tell one loged in and once one worked i was able to trick my xbox in signing in to my main acount by using the switch acount option.

    i think somehow my xbox one acount has been getting messages but people on the game ark see my GT from xbox anywhere. But for some reason i cannot reply them with that anywhere acount :) i even see all other players from the games we all play on the main
    acount wich is on Xbox one .I got no clue how i can get this acount into xbox one, so that i can get my character/and saved data in sync.. Now i am trying to get the xbox companion onto another good laptop wich actually instantly displayed my main acount
    ... im realy confused tho haha :D this issue started when xbox anywhere or former app became the companion.. the new acount is not on the xbox one console tho wich makes it hard for me to understand, as i get messages from the game on that specific GT wich
    is not beeing displayed on the xbox one.

    Now i tryed to add the new acount into xbox one but that just gives me a new gt and not the one i have under that email adress.
