Unfortunately, Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons is blocked inside of Mainland China and not officially supported in the region by Mojang. However, there is Minecraft China, which is free to play and supported by most devices. You can learn more about this edition of the game here: https://mc.163.com/ Xbox itself isn't blocked but many features are restricted or modified for use within Mainland China.

Not true as that was changed according to many people in the past few months as shown when I try to sign up -
