Cannot sign up for Ambassadors program...

I have had no suspensions in the past year? So why is this stopping me from applying?

Limited - When did you sign up for the Ambassadors Program? Because I don't see your Ambassadors Badge

It's a program created years ago where users can become ambassadors. The program is designed so that ambassadors offer help and advice to other users. It has been pretty useless for the most part, Microsoft used to just let anybody sign up regardless of
whether they helped or not. Recently they've introduced a reward scheme for ambassadors as an incentive for them to help others, via the support forums (and some other methods). I'm not sure how you can currently sign up for the program.

 

What is the error you get when you try to join?

 

if you ever had any enforcement action against you

You can never join the ambassadors program

The one year thing is for.the insiders program

 

Not true as that was changed according to many people in the past few months as shown when I try to sign up -

 

Definitely not true, check the FAQ's about becoming an ambassador.

 

if your Enforcement.xbox.com history shows any enforcement then it is within the last yeaf

 

Nope it was from December 2016 which is not a year ago. Ngocphi Please do not respond to the post as I have had you respond on previous posts where you were not helpful and just antagonising and I do not find it helpful and I also
find you do not know exactly what you are talking about so I would like help from those who are knowledgeable.

That is an odd error for sure. What happens when you try clearing your cache/cookies or try another browser? Can you sign into the Ambassadors Website or does it ask you to join?

 

I believe the email that you sent explains the trouble you are having. I will continue to communicate with you there about this if my last email didn't clear things up.
