    Cannot sign profile in after latest update


    Xbox boots into dashboard, after you select a profile it goes to the black screen with a white circle, after about 30 seconds it returns to the dashboard instead of going to the password input screen, seems like its timing out

    Can't Connect to XBL after update

    Same. I tried to recover my gamertag and I just get "Xbox live profiles cannot be recovered right now. Try again later." I can't even sign into my profile anymore as it is not an option to in the "Sign In" section.

    Xbox One "Sign in using a controller"

    Recently after the 400mb update some time ago, I've had a annoying problem. Every time I sign in, a few seconds later I get DC'd from XBL and it says "Sorry -Name- Sign in using a controller" so I sign in again and connect to XBL, and it does it again. It
    does this every time I turn on my Xbox or sign in, and it's only my profile, I can sign into my friends account and it doesn't do this. It didn't do this until after the update, so whatever the problem is it's something they introduced with the update, it's
    its slightly annoying having to do this EVERY time I sign in. I have my profile set to my controller, I have it set to auto sign me in, yet it still does this, any potential solutions?

    This problem got solved today by the latest Xbox App update for PC.

    Now the profile gets signed in as normal.

    i also encountered this issue recently... cannot play any games if sign in to xbox live...

    before updating to the latest 2.0.16756.0 .. this problem doesnt happen...

    Yep, exactly the same issue here after the latest NXOE update. Have been chatting with support for 3 hours plus. We tried everything under the sun. After deleting and adding my profile, I too have no friends, no gamerscore, no gamerpic, no Elite controller
    settings, and I still cannot sync with anything. At one time, I even had the exact same profile twice on my console!

    Same here. Everything was fine up until the latest update. Now, the video will start but shortly after stops with the "Error: Video cannot be decoded" message.
