Cannot sign out 75% of the time

I have two accounts that I switch between to play Age of Empires: Castle Siege. When I try to switch from one account to the other 75% of the time the Xbox app will not let my sign out. I right-click my icon on the side and click sign out and nothing happens.

If I close and relaunch the xbox app it will usually eventually work, but it may take anywhere up to 10 attempts to make it work.

Is this a known issue? Is there something I can change to make it work more reliably?

Thanks, it sort of worked when I cleared cookies, I get kicked off the session and have to sign in again, but then I have to do it every time. Something's still off. I suspect the new firefox is *** with me.
