Cannot Sign Into Xbox One account

I have tried everything in the book to sign into my xbox one account.

I've hard rebooted. Soft rebooted. Updated.

I even factory reset my console while saving my games and apps. I removed my account from the console AND STILL I can't sign in!

When I attempt to "+Add New"(after removing account) it gives me a black loading screen for 5 seconds. Then goes away and another loading screen pops up for about 3 seconds and it goes back to where I was. No error codes or anything. Please help. I had issues
back when the servers were down a few weeks ago. And now this again. Its so frustrating not knowing if its the servers or if I need to buy a new console. Please help!

No, you cannot do that if you sign in on one console then sign in at another on the same account it will sign the first one out

very frustrating cannot sign into Xbox live I've signed on my account I set up payment options says completed and still not able to connect to network Xbox one live

I didnt have that exact folder name but I only had one xbox identity provider folder. I deleted the accounts and cache and still cannot load xbox app or sign into the gamebar. No option to sign out or change accounts.

I know you cannot sign into the account in two different places at the same time. I am saying the account is LOCKED on my xbox, and I cannot sign into live but I am allowed to sign into the account. I can sign on other xbox live accounts just fine. I dunno
why the account was locked, but it would be nice if it was unlocked?
