Cannot sign into xbox live windows 10

I cannot seem to log into one of my accounts on Xbox live windows 10 edition. I have two accounts on Xbox, One is my premade one when I made my account for Windows 10. The other was used for playing games on Xbox live which was mainly for Sea of thieves.
This problem has happened for a week now and I still have no progress made. I've asked Microsoft support multiple times on how to fix it but I have no fix. I have to turn to the forums for help.

So if anyone can help me please, I'm sick of this I want it to be fixed.

Important information:

When I attempt to log into the account I get an error code saying: 0x83750007.

I can log into the premade account but not the other account that I've made.

For some reaon I cannot sign into the xbox one app available on my windows 10 laptop it keeps on comming up with "we cannot sign you into Xbox Live right now, try angain in a while". This error code shows up 0x80045c38. Not sure what to do. Any help will
be greatly appreatiated.

Hi again.

Now see I've tried what you've suggested and I've had no progress. I would also like to add that around this time when the problem first occurred when the Sea of thieves servers went down for Xbox live. I waited a bit until it came back online but to my
surprise, it didnt work for me. All of my friends had it working fine and I couldn't seem to figure out why. I've gone into the error code searcher to find the problem but I cannot seem to find it at all.

If you do happen to find an article on it that can fix it ill be rather surprised because of how I believe this is the first time this bug has happened.

1. If you get an error or are unable to sign in, there are a few common issues that could be causing this:
   
2. Make sure you're connected to a network and that you can access the Internet. To test your connection, go to
   Bing.com
   in your PC's browser.
   
3. See if there's an Xbox Live service outage at
   Xbox Live Status.
   
4. Sign in at
   Xbox.comand
   ensure that your account is in good standing.
   
   Check your PC's clock. The clock must match the Xbox Live servers for sign-in to be completed. Your date and time settings
   for Set time automaticallymust be set to
   On.
   
5. As a final step, try removing the Microsoft account by going to
   Settings, selecting
   Accountsand then selecting
   removenext to the account. Then re-add the account from the account picker when
   you sign in to the Xbox app.
