Cannot sign into xbox live same concern as yesterday.

I still cannot sign into xbox live today, same concern as yesterday when you had an outage. Your website claims xbox live is up an running, but not for me.

Account locked?

I know you cannot sign into the account in two different places at the same time. I am saying the account is LOCKED on my xbox, and I cannot sign into live but I am allowed to sign into the account. I can sign on other xbox live accounts just fine. I dunno
why the account was locked, but it would be nice if it was unlocked?

 

Cannot connect to Xbox live error 800705b4

Hi ,

I loged into Xbox live yesterday and was asked to update the software which took forever to complete. Since than I cannot sign in to Xbox live and receive error 8007750b4. In addition the console works very slow, take longer than before to start up. Cannot
access active downloads.

Can you provide us a few more details? Are you seeing a problem on Xbox 360, Xbox One or the Windows 10 Xbox App? Are you seeing an error message with an error code and if so, could you please provide that to us? What troubleshooting steps have you also
tried so that way we don't try something you've already done.
