    Cannot sign into xbox live account


    Hi, I have been experiencing an issue when I have trying to sign in to multiple Microsoft services, like xbox console companion and trying to sign into Forza Horizon 4, I keep getting the error code 0x80072EFD but when I go to check it out there is no
    such error. I know I am connected to the internet. Could I have some insight on this problem? would be very much appreciated Cannot sign into xbox live account :)

    Account locked?

    I know you cannot sign into the account in two different places at the same time. I am saying the account is LOCKED on my xbox, and I cannot sign into live but I am allowed to sign into the account. I can sign on other xbox live accounts just fine. I dunno
    why the account was locked, but it would be nice if it was unlocked?

    Your Xbox live Gold account can be used to sign in on any Xbox. You cannot however share your account.

    Having the same issue here. Connection test comes up good but cannot sign into xbox live with account. I created a second account and got a free 1 month trial of gold and that account signs in to live just fine.

    I signed out on Microsoft Store App, and then signed back in using the same Microsoft account, but I cannot sign in on Xbox App it says, "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox live " and gives this error number: 0x8015DC0B.
