cannot sign into xbox.com

how do i clean it up .im the grandmother and he is 8 new to all this

In case you have not been able to contact Xbox technical support, I will leave you some extra steps to follow to try to log in to your Xbox account.

1. Restart the console:

Press and hold the Xbox button located in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Start/Stop center.

Select Restart console.

Select Restart.

After the console has rebooted, try signing in again.

2. Remove the account from the console and add it again:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select your account and confirm the operation.

Restart the console (see solution steps 1).

3. Add your account back to the console:

Press the Xbox Button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system and then Add or change.

Select Add new.

Enter the email address and password for your Microsoft account.

Complete the personalization settings on the following screens.

Have you tried a different browser or maybe tried clearing the history and cookies of the current one to see if that helps refresh things? Are you sure you're entering in the right info ?

Yes, and the message is: "Sorry! We can't sign you in. Please sign in at Xbox.com, and then restart this app again." and I try to sign in at xbox.com, but the problem cannot be fix.
