    Cannot sign into Windows 10 Edition


    I have recently claimed my free copy of windows 10 edition off of the official Mojang site as I bought java edition well before October of 2018 because I have friends who play on xbox and I wanted to play with them.I have tried to sign in several times
    but every time it says to "buy the full game" and when I go in the Microsoft store and go to "Minecraft for Windows 10 Edition" it says you own this and gives me an option to launch it.Is this just a simple glitch or is it intended to be this way?

    When opening the xbox app it says connecting and does not stop,and when i close the window it says "we cant sign you i right now" error 0x40b

    Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition runs specifically on Windows 10. If you would like to play Minecraft on Xbox One, you will want to take a look at Minecraft:
    Xbox One Edition    . If you would like to install the Windows 10 version of Minecraft on your Windows 10 PC, sign into the account that originally redeemed the code and download through the Windows Store.

    Minecraft windows 10 to Xbox One

    The Windows 10 and Xbox One Edition are two separate games, even though they support crossplay. You cannot play the WIndows 10 Version on your Xbox, for that you need to buy the Xbox One version.
