    Cannot sign into to my Xbox companion.


    So i recently changed my Microsoft email and password. After I changed my info every time I try to sign in to my Xbox companion app it tells me "You'll need the internet for this". Thing is I'm connected to the internet and i typed all of my information correctly. I've tried everything i could but nothing works, any solutions?

    I cant find an xbox companion app on my PC to sign out of do you mean the phone app? I cannot sign into the xbox with another account. It just keep automatically signing me into my account. I want to sign to xbox with my sons account so he can share my gamepass/games?

    I can log in to all microsoft websites. im logged in using my live account to post about the error.

    The account is fully active on my console also.

    I can launch a game, and immediately it allows me to sign in as my gamertag, however, i cannot sign in to any Xbox App, including Gamepass on the PC or the console companion.
