Cannot sign into the Xbox App on Windows 10 (0x409) error.

I am at my wits' end with this error.

I'm trying to log into the Xbox app on Windows 10, but it seems to not want to let me.

I get the error:

"We can't sign you in right now. Try again later. (0x409) 0x80080300"

I am on version 15.18.14017.00000

Over the past several days, I have tried the following fixes:

• Restarting the computer.
• Relogging into my MSA.
• Made sure my account was verified.
• Removed/re-added my account from a local account.
• Logged onto my smartphone's Xbox app, making sure it's the app, not the account.
  
• Went to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy, but there was no \AC\TokenBroker folders, so I couldn't delete the accounts and cache folder.
  
• Made sure that Xbox services were running, including setting the three Xbox services to automatic.
  
• I'm not using a VPN software.
• Switched MSA accounts.
• Reinstalled the Xbox app by uninstalling it through Microsoft Powershell and reinstalling it through the store.
  
• Prayed to Gaben.

Not sure if it matters, but I'll include my pc specs:

Intel i5-6500 3.2ghz CPU

Asus h170 pro gaming 1151 MOBO

Asus GeForce GTX 970 STRIX GPU

Corsair VENGEANCE 16gb (2x8gb) MEMORY/RAM

If I could get a fix for this I'd be grateful, because I am getting nowhere through google or the copypaste responses people seem to be getting.

Hi Shortsy, Since your unable to sign in and use the "Report a problem" via the App, can you please report this via the Windows Feedback app, so helpful data is submitted to the developers to investigate? Just type "Windows Feedback in the "Search the web
and windows" field located in the bottom of your screen.

Same issue with mine.i was looking forward to using the app cause it was easier to access my games from there but now it isn't working.please Microsoft fix this problem.please

 

same issue with a gameloft game.

I cannot play because my Xbox account does not automatically login, but I can login in Xbox site page using internet explorers.

can someone give us a solution?
