Cannot sign into the Puzzle app, and Puzzle game freezes in play on a fast PC.

I have two separate problems 1. Cannot sign into the Puzzle app. 2. Game freezes in play on
a fast PC.

I am on a Dell XPS 15, i7 16GB ram and the PC should smash this game.

I get an error message in MS Jigsaw when I attempt to sign in.

The error (sic) message is: This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw.
[CV:3UuehGViJ0SiZOsg.34.2]

I can log into Xbox live. I cannot log into the Jigsaw app. Closing the error message box
[CV:3UuehGViJ0SiZOsg.34.2], opens a new one saying you have to sign in or you cant play. Close that and you can play an existing puzzle but it freezes in play.

On Monday Virgin broadband shut off the service for a day, when it re-opened, I could no longer
sign onto the game. Prior to that (before Monday) the game regularly froze when picking up pieces though the cursor seemed unaffected and I could move it, the game played jerkily on occasion

I can delete Jigsaw and re-install it no problem. I’ve tried using a different account. All
to no avail.

The PC is fully up to date, and even windows re-installed from scratch to no avail.

These problems exist on the Xbox app and the beta version.

Quit signing in. Puzzles won't load. Points disappeared and reset to 1500.

Tired of this. Overnight, puzzles disappeared and won't sign in. PLEASE FIX. This happens often. Usually resetting the app works. I cannot get into my account which is one I never created to start with. Lots of mishaps in this app. The puzzles are wonderful,
but too much hassle.

 

Freezes every few minutes

using latest update in Win 10 puzzle freezes regardless of puzzle size. close out and open app and and experience same symptoms!

very frustrating love the app before the upgrade to larger puzzles. never had the problem before!

 

Ive had the same problem for the past week now, and I cant find a solution anywhere!!

 

This sign in problem is at the Microsoft end. After being locked out of Jigsaw, for two days; I found that on the third I could. I closed the app several times to check and was able to sign in no problem. That same day as a test I uploaded Treasure Hunt,
and was presented with a similar message (in-app purchase is no longer available etc.). The following day I could get into both. Over the last week I've been temporarily locked out of Jigsaw three times on three separate days. So the solution is to do nothing.
