Cannot sign into the insider app

If you changed the D.O.B. on the Account website, remember the Xbox site you are unable to change that one is fixed. For example if you have a birthdate originally put in that is under 18 that is why you are getting that message. On the other hand if the
original date of birth is over 18 it may have not graduated properly. We recommend you request a call back and a support agent can go over with you if the account is a child or adult account or if didn't graduate correctly.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips (don't select anything here)
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble accessing an app due to being on a child account. If the account was set up as a child account changing the date of birth from the Microsoft account
will not change the Xbox Profile from being a child account. It will keep saying it is a child account until the originally entered date of birth become 18 years old. You may have to use a different adult account to do the desired actions.

if you are in the insiders group then you will need to select leave under insiders app.

if its general game updates then they cannot be stopped.
