Cannot sign into my xbox.

Hello again , I tried on my phone which I had the Xbox app on and I was denied right away once again . I want to try it on my Xbox , but I cannot access the recovery form without edge because I need to be signed in , and I cannot sign in . The last thing I was signed into was my Xbox . How do I access the form on my Xbox when I cannot sign in?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console to let you sign in effectively. I can totally understand how confusing running into a situation like this could be.

What kind of factory reset did you perform? The one that keeps your games and apps, or the one that removes everything? If you only did the first, then I recommend trying the latter.

If your network loads up alright, and it updates but that account does not sign in, then I highly recommend trying an

offline update of the console.

When you get a chance, shed a little light about which reset you did and let us know if the steps I provided helped.

This sounds as tho you have lost your network connection.

Have you power cycled your internet router?

This just happened to me yesterday and I still cannot login, did you manage to fix it and if so how did you do it?

Does it give you any error codes?
