Cannot sign into my profile getting kicked out from saturday night

Cannot sign into my xbox profile tied to get a new one but i keep getting a error code

I have download my profile and am still having issue

S I seem to be the small contigiant that cannot get online this weekend. I have downloaded my profile and still have issues where I try to connect to a game and my profile automatically signs out or on the off cance I get into a game it is brutally slow
connection speed and kicked me out

 

Red Dead Redemption Error Message Help

I popped in my copy of RDR and everything went fine, but when I got to the main menu it stated I had to download a profile in order to save.

So I sign in, get the "hi Tony72495!" message, and it starts downloading my profile info.

Then when it gets to about 75%, an error message pops up that says "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles cannot be downloaded right now. Try again later" and I'm kicked back to the start menu.

I'm using the 2 disc GOTY edition of that makes any difference.

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Generally, if you had problems with an Xbox Live profile not signing on correctly, and your console is connected to the internet alright, it's a really good idea to try and

remove it and redownload it following the steps on our site.
