Cannot sign into my account on my xbox one

I have the same issue and my playthrough of Borderlands 2 is now on hold. No outage reported so far, hopefully someone can help us.

I am getting error code: Error 0x87DD0006

I have 2 accounts on one xbox - one gold membership, the other silver. Obviously, my gold is my main. How come i cannot sign in with this one, but i can sign in with my silver membership? This doesn't make much sense...

that didnt work either. this is ridiculous. like i am on the xbox app, signed into my Microsoft account but the window to log into my xbox account will not come up. it pops up, flickers, then disappears.

Follow these steps, if one doesn't work, move on to the other.

1. Press Windows Key + i and go to apps, search for ''gaming services'' click ''advanced options'' and then ''terminate, repair and reset. Try again.

2. Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter

“get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

Restart your PC, open PowerShell as admin again, and enter

“start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”

The Microsoft Store will open and ask to install Gaming Services, install. Then try again.

If the problem still persists, try an in-place upgrade. This link has instructions.
