Cannot sign into Design labs website

- Have you tried signing in with a different browser or device?

- Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies?

- Have you verified your email address with Microsoft Account?

- Are you able to sign into other Microsoft services with the same account?



To fix this, please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft Account.

2. Click on Your info and then Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.

3. Make sure that you have a primary email address associated with your account and that it is verified. If not, you can add or change your email address and verify it by following the instructions on the screen.

4. Once your email address is verified, try signing into the design labs website again and see if the error is resolved.

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

Before you check out with design lab it actually states this in the cart:

Due to the customized nature of Xbox Design Lab, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it is placed. Your Xbox Design Lab order will deliver in 2 to 3 weeks.
You will be charged immediately, and the order cannot be returned or refunded.
