    Cannot sign in


    Hi there,

    i have a console xbox elite...

    i have problem to sign-in

    i have disable the 2 steps verifications step

    i have change my pass... but nothing

    I can log in through my pc without any problem but I cannot sign in to my console using the same credentials

    my user name for log in is [Mod Removed- Personal Information]

    Please i would be grateful if someone could help me

    Well now there is service alert about problems signing in...to me it seems like once a month Xbox has problems. Guess the Xbox is like a woman.
