    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty logging into the Xbox App on your PC. You may wish to troubleshoot using the following steps from our forums that worked for another person with
    the same issue:

    Cannot sign in XBOX in Win10 with error(0x409) all the time

    a) Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.

    b) In the ‘Run’ window type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.

    c) On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option, and then click ‘OK’.

    d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.
