cannot sign in xbox console companion

When I try to capture my screen by pressing win+G, the following warning appears,

and when trying to sign in xbox console companion, I only recevie the following information

I have already tried to reset the xbox sonsole companion and even uninstalled the xbox live, which didn't help. Plus, typing PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation
+ '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}" in CMD window is of no help

I understand. You cannot sign in to the Xbox Console Companion app too?

Also, are you running Windows 10 or 11?

Please download the Xbox Console Companion app and let me know ir you can sign in to it. If you can, please try to open the Xbox App after signing in to the Xbox Console Companion and see if you are able to sign in to it or if the issue persists, please.

There was no error message when I went to Xbox Networking in settings. I also cannot sign into the Xbox console companion. The troubleshooting I already tried was the windows update troubleshooting and it didn’t work. Hopefully these answers help you. Thank you.
