Cannot Sign In XBOX Account on Windows 10

Hi,

I've seen that many have the same problem. I tried the solutions provided on other threads but none has worked so far.

Here's what is happening :

I can't Sign In XBox App on Windows 10 : none of the Sign In button do anything.

In the XBox Console Companion, it tells me I have no internet connection.

The problem results in the impossibility of playing some games from the GamePass Ultimate :

Here's what I already tried (and didn't work) :

Checked that all XBOX Services were up and running.

Run some PowerShell commands to register App manifests again.

Launched the following command as admin : REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\XblAuthManager /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Cleared the local identity data of Xbox.

Reseted the XBOX app from the System Settings.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the XBOX app from the store.

Here are my system specs :

Xbox app version 2103.1000.47.0

Xbox Console Companion version 48.72.4001.0

Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21313.rs_prerelease.210209-1440

Some more info :

Updated today to latest XBOX app : 2103.1001.4.0 => But problem persists. The only change I see is that now the Sign In buttons do something, but always end up telling me I have no internet connection ("you're not connected to the internet").

Reading many pages and trying so many things, I think the main problem comes from this :

I tried everything I could to unblock the Teredo service, but didn't manage to.

If I check the Teredo info :

At any single point in time, you may only sign into the game on one Xbox One console or one Windows 10 PC. You cannot be signed into the same game on both an Xbox One console and a Windows 10 PC at the same time.

Ok, once I submitted the above post I noticed that the posted time is Jan 23 at 1:54 AM. I posted the above 2 posts from my Surface Book (having the problems). The problem is that its currently Jan 22nd at 9:04 (now). EST time. When I posted the above it
was 8:54 PM on Jan 22nd. My surface book shows the correct time in date/time settings as well as region settings. It seems like something server side is redirecting to the wrong set of servers which is causing time discrepancies and because of that we are
unable to sign into Xbox Live as the time signature is wrong. (just a guess off the top of my head)

I am posting this from my original Surface Pro that has not updated yet (see above post). I want to see if the time stamp is correct when I post this or if the time still shows wrong. Again, everything in the date/time settings on my Surface Book and my
Surface Pro show the correct time/date/region settings (EST) and my MS account also shows the correct settings as well.

Anyone have any ideas?
